2. Information we collect
When you use the quote request or contact form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, project address and phone; for the contact form, also your email and message.
We also collect, when present in the landing URL, advertising campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid) to understand where requests come from. These parameters are not requested from you and are not displayed.
3. Analytics and advertising tools
The site uses Google Ads to measure quote requests generated by our ads. This service is loaded only after you accept it: until you do, no Google script is downloaded and no advertising cookie is stored.
You can accept or decline when you arrive on the site, and change your choice at any time using the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not used on this site.
4. Use of information
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and follow up.
5. Retention
Your information is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then deleted when no longer required.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your information. It may be processed by the technical providers required to operate the site (hosting, email).
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
